Basic Pattern

  1. Start in Joon Bi position.

  2. Turn left 90 degrees into left front stance; left lower block.

  3. Step forward with right foot into front stance; right body punch.

  4. Turn right 180 degrees into right front stance; right lower block.

  5. Step forward with left foot into front stance; body punch.

  6. Turn left 90 degrees into left front stance; left lower block.

  7. Step right foot forward into front stance; right body punch.

  8. Step left foot forward into front stance; left body punch.

  9. Step right foot forward into front stance; right body punch; kihap!

  10. Turn left 270 degrees into left front stance; lower left block.

  11. Right foot forward into front stance; right body punch.

  12. Turn right 180 degrees into right front stance; right lower block.

  13. Step left foot forward into front stance; left body punch.

  14. Turn left 90 degrees into left front stance; left lower block.

  15. Step right foot forward into front stance; right body punch.

  16. Step left foot forward into front stance; left body punch; kihap!

  17. Turn left 270 degrees into left front stance; left lower block.

  18. Step right foot forward into front stance; right body punch.
